Some kinds of tiredness go beyond sleep.

You’ll close your eyes, wake up five hours later, and somehow still feel like you need another weekend inside your weekend.

That was me, these past few weeks.

We had been preparing for the allocation of OLAN’S COURT.

And if you’ve been following this series, you already know that at 1159realty, our property's names are never random.

OLAN’S COURT wasn’t just a name; it carries weight. A name backed by value and a client's story, a location any investor would be proud of.

And if you’ve ever planned an event where failure is NOT an option, you know how crazy it gets.

It wasn’t just about showing clients their lands.

It was about creating an experience.

A moment where investors would step on their land and think,

"This was the best decision ever."

But somewhere between planning and making sure everything was excellent, I had a moment.

A deep, bone-level moment of exhaustion.

Not the “just five minutes” tired.

Not even the “let me lie down small” tired.

This was premium tiredness.

At one point, I just whispered,

"Dear Lord, Íké gwùrù."

If you don’t understand Igbo, let me help you.

"Íké gwùrù" (pronounced ee-keh gwoo-roo) means "strength has finished."

As in, "I am depleted. Running on fumes. On E."

And just when I was about to rant, a voice in my head responded:

"I thought you said you wanted to build capacity?"

Omo.

I froze.

Because lowkey, I DID say that.

Matter of fact, this was exactly what I had prayed for…growth.

I kept quiet for about ten seconds, replaying my own words in my head.

I adjusted my posture.

Instead of complaining, I switched to solution mode.

And somehow, we pushed through.

Then came allocation day.

And despite the stress, it was a massive success.

The dream team delivered. Every single person that played a part? Top-tier execution.

But the real highlight?

Clients who had bought from us before were selling our brand without being asked.

I stood there, watching them tell new clients,

"1159realty never disappoints."

And it hit differently.

Because this is why we do what we do.

We are not just selling land.

We are building a legacy.

Proof that real estate doesn’t have to be a gamble.

And for that?

I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

Yes, it’s overwhelming sometimes.

Yes, Íké gwùrù.

But would I do it again?

100%.

Because this is what building GREATNESS looks like.

What can you and I learn from this?

1. Growth never feels like growth in the moment.

Sometimes, it feels like stress, frustration, and being one step away from giving up.

But the truth? It’s stretching you for the next level.

2. When people believe in what you do, they advocate for you effortlessly.

You don’t have to beg. You don’t have to convince.

Just deliver value, and people will advocate for you without being asked.

3. No stress, no capacity.

Everybody wants growth, but are we ready for the work that comes with it?

Because capacity isn’t built in comfort, it’s built in pressure.

This allocation wasn’t just about allocating lands.

It was another reminder that every challenge is shaping me for what’s ahead.

And trust me, I’m taking notes.
